Foundation and Institute
In 2024, Dr Silvia Wyder and Dr Michael Doser became part of the overarching Belgian Fondation Roi Baudouin (located in Bruxelles but with a seat in Paris) through their creation of a fund, the ‘Fonds Rrosa’. This fund has a legal status equivalent to that of a foundation, and thus allows supporting non-profit organisations within Europe, insofar as their focus is aligned with those of the Rrosa Institute.
The ‘Fonds Rrosa’ board consists of the founders Dr Silvia Wyder and Dr Michael Doser, the president Dr Peppino Giarritta, and for the Fondation Roi Boudouin, its representatives in Paris M. Joseph Le Marchand and Ms Laure Vienot-Tronche.
The Rrosa Institute (official denomination) is a legal structure in the form of an Italian non-profit association, with its seat in Palermo, and which has been founded in Sicily in 2025. The association’s president is Dr phil. Silvia Wyder, the two further members consist of Dr phil. Michael Doser and Dr Yacine Haddad. The Rrosa Institute receives its funding from the ‘Fonds Rrosa’.
